Vibhor Steel Tubes Secures Orders Worth ₹11.44 Crore

New Delhi, December 16, 2025: Vibhor Steel Tubes Ltd has secured two new domestic orders aggregating approximately INR 11.44 crore, exclusive of applicable taxes, further strengthening its order book in the metal crash barrier segment.
The orders, as intimated to the stock exchanges in separate filings over the weekend, include one from Veda Metallics worth approximately INR 7.92 crore received on December 13, 2025, and another from Surich Industries LLP valued at approximately INR 3.52 crore received on December 12, 2025. Both contracts are for the domestic supply of Metal Crash Barrier Thrie Beam systems and are not related party transactions.
The disclosures have been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Vibhor Steel manufactures a range of steel products, including electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes, hot-dipped galvanised pipes, hollow section pipes and primer painted pipes, among others. The company operates manufacturing units in Maharashtra, Telangana and Odisha and has a contract manufacturing agreement with Jindal Pipes to manufacture and supply finished goods under the brand name Jindal Star.
With a total capacity of 377,000 MTPA, the company supplies its products to key western and southern markets including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
