It is true that real estate sector is facing the problem of liquidity. There is also a dire need of easy accessibility of loans from banks for this particular sector , to overcome the existing problem of liquidity. The real estate sector cannot depend upon FDI alone. There is need for further strengthening market sentiments by taking all possible measures to attract investors and buyers. This can only be done with the government policies. All these measures can prove the game changer of the industry in the days to come
