Raymond Realty Reports ₹392 Cr Revenue in Q1 FY26
Mumbai, August 5, 2025: Raymond Realty Limited earned a revenue of INR 392 crore in Q1 FY26 as against INR 498 crore in Q1 FY25. The revenue reflects the natural tapering of sales in mature projects with limited unsold inventory.
The company reported an EBITDA of INR 41 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to INR 67 crore in Q1 FY25 and an EBITDA margin of 10.5 per cent in Q1 FY26 vs 13.5 per cent in Q1 FY25. Given a robust pipeline of projects slated for launch in H2 FY26, it is well-positioned for a stronger performance.
In Q1 FY26, the company achieved a booking value of INR 306 crore primarily driven by demand for The Address by GS 2.0, Ten X Era in Thane and in JDA ‘The Address by GS’ in Bandra.
The total potential revenue from the real estate business is now close to INR 40,000 crore.

Harmohan Sahni, MD, Raymond Realty Limited, said, “Our performance this quarter was in line with our expectations, reflecting sales moderation owing to low inventory levels in mature projects and steady progress in launching new ones in H2. We are steadfast in our current fiscal journey, and as planned, the second half of the year will display higher activity with new launches planned. We remain dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our shareholders.”
