IITL Nimbus Group Announces ₹83 Lakh CSR Contribution for FY 2025–26
New Delhi, March 25, 2026: In a significant year-end philanthropic move, IITL Nimbus Group has announced a donation of ₹83,00,320 toward Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and general welfare initiatives for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. The contributions fulfill the Group’s statutory obligations as a listed entity while reinforcing a long-term commitment to healthcare, community development, and inclusive social outreach, the group said in a press statement.
The Group’s strategic funding has been distributed among several high-impact NGOs addressing diverse social needs. Among the beneficiaries is the Nivedia Foundation, which focuses on education for underprivileged students and women’s empowerment. The Group also extended support to the Setu Foundation for the rehabilitation of special-needs students, and the Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation, which provides free screenings and treatment to underserved populations. Additionally, the Noida Deaf Society received backing for its vocational training programs, alongside Bright The Soul Foundation, which specializes in elderly care.

Yamini Agarwal, Director of Marketing & Communications at Nimbus Group, emphasized that these contributions are a core component of the company’s corporate identity. “For us, CSR is not just an annual compliance exercise or a symbolic gesture. It is an ongoing responsibility that runs parallel to our business growth. Institutions working in healthcare, education, and community welfare often operate quietly, yet their impact is generational. Our effort is to support initiatives that strengthen social infrastructure and expand access where it is needed most. We believe responsible growth must be inclusive, reflected not only in the spaces we develop, but in the communities we help empower and sustain,” Agarwal stated.
This year-end outreach continues the Group’s established tradition of aligning business success with social progress. By focusing on healthcare, disability inclusion, and animal welfare, IITL Nimbus Group aims to create a ripple effect of empowerment across the grassroots level. The initiative underscores the company’s guiding philosophy that corporate milestones are most meaningful when they contribute to lasting, positive change within the broader community.
