Table Space Expands Maharashtra Footprint to 2.6 Million Sq. Ft. to Support Surging GCC Demand

Pune/Mumbai, April 21, 2026: In a move to capture the surging demand from Global Capability Centres (CCGs), Table Space, an enterprise managed office provider, has announced a significant expansion across Maharashtra. The company has added approximately 4.2 lakh square feet of Grade-A workspace to its portfolio, bringing its total footprint in the state to 2.6 million square feet. This strategic growth targets Fortune 500 companies looking to transition away from high-CAPEX traditional leases in favor of flexible, de-risked real estate solutions, the company said in a press release.
The expansion heavily reinforces Table Space’s presence in Pune, where it has secured 3.76 lakh square feet across three critical micro-markets. In Western Pune, the company has taken 1.3 lakh square feet at EON West in Wakad to tap into the tech talent corridor near the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Additionally, the provider has added 1.46 lakh square feet in Yerwada and 1 lakh square feet in Koregaon Park. These locations are designed to serve “fly-in, fly-out” leadership teams and high-end BFSI firms that require proximity to the airport and premium lifestyle ecosystems.
Simultaneously, Table Space has marked its entry into the Navi Mumbai market with a new facility at Mindspace Airoli East. This expansion provides a cost-efficient alternative to Mumbai’s core business districts while leveraging the infrastructure synergy of the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. By positioning itself in Airoli, the company aims to offer enterprises direct access to the dense talent pools in Thane and Navi Mumbai, focusing on reducing employee commute times and improving retention rates.
As GCCs now account for nearly 40% of Grade-A office leasing in India, Table Space is positioning its “Speed-to-Market” and ESG-compliant infrastructure as a vital resource for the modern economy. The new facilities will offer a mix of custom-built managed offices and ready-to-move-in suites, integrated with institutional-grade IT and legal frameworks to allow for rapid scaling.

“Our expansion in Maharashtra is a response to a fundamental structural shift in how global companies view their workplace,” says Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO of Table Space. “Enterprises are increasingly prioritizing ‘Speed-to-Market’ and ESG compliance. By integrating legal, IT, and institutional-grade infrastructure into a single platform, we are enabling global brands to scale with unprecedented agility. Whether it’s a Custom-Built workspace or a Ready-to-Move-In Suites solution, we are providing the infrastructure that powers the modern Indian economy,” he added.
