Hyderabad, April 29, 2026: Brigade Group has successfully expanded its footprint in the Telangana capital by acquiring a prime 5.72-acre land parcel through a competitive auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The outright purchase of Plot 6 at Osman Nagar was secured at a valuation of Rs 44 Crores per acre, excluding registration costs. The company intends to utilize the site for a premium residential development, marking a significant milestone in its broader strategy to deepen its presence and diversify its portfolio within the Hyderabad market, it said in a press release.

The acquisition underscores the growing appeal of Osman Nagar, a location that has become a hotspot for residential growth due to its strategic proximity to major IT corridors such as HITEC City and Gachibowli. Industry analysts point to the area’s seamless connectivity via the Outer Ring Road and its serene, low-density environment as key drivers for long-term value and livability. By securing this land, Brigade Group aims to capitalize on the city’s strong growth momentum and the evolving demands of urban professionals.
