Bhumika Realty Appoints Corporate Veteran Amit Parsuramka as Chief Executive Officer
New Delhi, June 16, 2026: Bhumika Realty Private Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Parsuramka as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Parsuramka will spearhead the company’s next phase of growth, with a primary focus on project execution, elevating customer experience, and driving sustainable value creation, Bhumika Realty said in a press release.
He succeeds Siddharth Katyal, who has stepped down from the CEO position for personal reasons. According to the company, Katyal will support the leadership transition to ensure operational continuity. Bhumika Realty expressed its gratitude to Katyal for his contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors.
Parsuramka brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the real estate, investment, and consumer business sectors. His extensive corporate track record includes serving as CEO at Abhinandan Lodha Ventures (HoABL) and Bonito Designs. Additionally, he has held high-profile roles such as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, President of the Investment Fund at Lodha Ventures (Tomorrow Capital), and President of Sales at the Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers).
Academically, Parsuramka holds an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM, University of Calcutta, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His professional credentials also include passing the CA (Intermediate) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and earning a Diploma in Software Technology from NIIT.
