Embassy REIT, dSPACE India Hand Over New Infrastructure at Government PU College in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, July 4, 2026: Embassy Office Parks REIT, in collaboration with its corporate partner dSPACE India Solutions Private Limited and implementing partner Bangalore North Round Table Trust, officially handed over newly constructed first-floor infrastructure at the Government PU College in Rajanukunte, North Bengaluru. The project is a key component of Embassy REIT’s Community Outreach Initiatives and its Corporate Connect programme, which unites business park occupiers to drive meaningful social impact in surrounding communities, Embassy REIT said  in a press release.

The initiative builds on an earlier phase where Embassy REIT constructed four classrooms and eight toilets, allowing students to transition from temporary rooms in a neighboring high school into dedicated learning facilities. This initial intervention triggered a significant surge in student enrollment, which has now crossed the 300-student mark. To support this rapid growth and meet the urgent demand for more space, dSPACE India Solutions Private Limited partnered for the second phase of development, funding the new first-floor facility that features four additional classrooms, four toilets, a Principal’s room, and a staff room.

The expanded campus was recently inaugurated in the presence of S.R. Vishwanath, MLA of Yelahanka; Jitu Virwani, Chairman of Embassy Group; Andreas Gau, CEO of dSPACE India Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; and Shaina Ganapathy, Head of Community Outreach Initiatives at Embassy Group. This upgraded infrastructure will now enable the college to comfortably accommodate two distinct sections for both 1st and 2nd PUC students across the Commerce and Science streams, ensuring youth from Rajanukunte and neighboring villages have direct access to a superior higher education environment.

Addressing the gathered students during the ceremony, Jitu Virwani, Chairman, Embassy Group, said, “Every classroom, every desk and every wall has been created with one hope, that each one of you will dream bigger than your circumstances. At Embassy REIT, our commitment does not end with constructing buildings. We believe that infrastructure is only the beginning”.
