Advanced MERV Filtration Systems Installed Across Grade-A Office Buildings

New Delhi, November 19, 2025: Reinforcing its commitment to wellness-led and sustainable work environments, Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL) has equipped its office spaces with high-efficiency MERV filtration systems, ensuring consistently superior indoor air quality for occupants and visitors alike.
At AIPL Business Club, Sector 62, Gurugram, the air quality management system features MERV 8 and MERV 13 filters, while AIPL Masterpiece on Golf Course Road is equipped with MERV 14 filters—providing enhanced purification and comfort through higher filtration efficiency.
These advanced filtration systems are engineered to effectively capture and reduce airborne particulate matter, helping maintain cleaner, healthier indoor environments even when outdoor air quality levels in the NCR remain among the most challenging in the country. AIPL’s emphasis on air quality positions its office spaces well above standard building norms, setting new benchmarks for indoor environmental health.
To further strengthen transparency and occupant confidence, AIPL has also implemented real-time indoor air quality (AQI) monitoring, with digital displays installed at the receptions of its office spaces. These displays provide live AQI data, allowing employees, partners, and visitors to instantly view the impact of the advanced filtration systems in action.
Ishaan Singh, Director, AIPL, said, “We believe that a productive workplace begins with a healthy workplace. By incorporating MERV 8, MERV 10, MERV 13, and MERV 14 filtration systems in our office developments, we have created environments that support well-being, comfort, and performance. The addition of real-time AQI visibility further strengthens our commitment to transparency and wellness-led infrastructure. This initiative reflects AIPL’s broader sustainability vision and our focus on ensuring that every individual entering our spaces experiences cleaner, safer air.”
This initiative exemplifies AIPL’s unwavering commitment to sustainability, workplace well-being, and best-in-class building management, ensuring its office environments remain safe, healthy, and aligned with globally accepted indoor air quality standards.
