Ashiana Housing Launches Phase-II of its Luxury Project Ashiana One44

New Delhi, July 22, 2024: Ashiana Housing Ltd on Monday announced the launch of phase 2 of its luxury residential project ONE44, at Jagatpura, Jaipur.  Phase 2 of ONE44 is designed to offer 54 luxury residences including 6 duplex residences. Developed on 3.53 acres of land included with 1.6 acres of green spaces, the ONE44 project comes with 19 storied buildings and the size of the residential units varies from 2335 square feet to 5059 square feet. The total investment planned by Ashiana Housing for ONE44 reaches more than 200 crores for total 144 apartments.

This phase includes simplex units of 3BHK & 4BHK apartments and 5 BHK & 4 BHK duplex units.
