Ashiana sells 224 units worth Rs 242 Cr on day one of launch of its project Amarah
New Delhi/Gurgaon, October 10, 2022: New Delhi-based real estate developer Ashiana Housing announced that its newly launched Kid centric project ‘Ashiana Amarah’ in Sector 93 Gurgaon received very good response on the day of the launch.
According to a press release issued by the company, the project’s first phase fully got sold out on day one, which includes 224 units corresponding to 3.95 lakh sq. ft of saleable area worth Rs 242 Cr.
Spread over 22 acres of the land parcel, the project has only three- and four-bedroom residences. The carpet area of apartments ranges from about 1000 sq ft to 1408 sq ft. Each core has four apartments.

With this launch, we are strengthening our brand positioning in the National Capital Region and particularly in Gurgaon. At Amarah, residents will have quality amenities fortified with essential services. With seven acres of landscaped green spaces, 30000 plus sq. ft. of clubhouse, and a learning hub, the project will complement the surrounding infrastructure. Specifically, we have kept in mind more open spaces are needed for outdoor activities. It is missing from our lives across our cities”.
