Credai Hyderabad announces new team

Rama Krishna Rao and V. Rajashekar Reddy were reelected as the President ad Genreal Secretary, respectively, of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) Hyderabad for the 2021-2023 term.

G Anand Reddy, Kacham Rajeshwar, N. Jaideep Reddy and B Jagannath Rao are the Vice-Presidents, Aditya Gowra Treasurer and Shivraj Thakur and K. Rambabu the Joint Secretaries of the new management committee.
Outlining the agenda of the new committee, Ramakrishna Rao said despite turbulent times, Hyderabad has emerged as one of the most resilient markets. The real estate sector in the city, he said, had been performing better than the rest of the country in terms of demand and supply.
The new President said the proactive policies of the state Government have played a pivotal role in driving growth and attracting investments. “Overall, the real estate sector will continue to be on road to rapid growth and go beyond the pre-pandemic levels,” he said.
