By Realtynmore 1h ago

Mumbai, May 4, 2026: In a first-of-its-kind initiative for the Indian real estate sector, CREDAI-MCHI has announced it will host a dedicated property exhibition exclusively for channel partners on May 6, 2026. The event, presented by the Nahar Group, is scheduled to take place at the Jio World Convention Centre from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. This pioneering platform aims to bypass traditional consumer-facing formats to focus entirely on the relationship between developers and the channel partners who act as the industry’s primary sales ambassadors, the organization stated in a press release.

The exhibition is conceptualized to create a high-impact ecosystem where over 5,000 channel partners can engage directly with the region’s leading developers. By narrowing the focus to industry professionals, the organizers intend to streamline the sales cycle and provide a structured environment for immediate business outcomes. The event has garnered significant institutional support, organized in association with the National Association of Realtors India and backed by major realtor associations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Highlighting the strategic importance of the event, Sukhraj Nahar, President of CREDAI-MCHI, stated, “This initiative is a significant step towards recognizing and empowering channel partners, who play a pivotal role in the real estate ecosystem. By creating a dedicated platform exclusively for them, we aim to facilitate direct engagement with developers, accelerate deal closures, and unlock greater business opportunities. This expo reflects our commitment to building a more collaborative, efficient, and growth-oriented industry.”

Industry heavyweights including Rustomjee, Adani Realty, K Raheja Corp, and House of Hiranandani are among the dozens of prominent brands set to participate. Developers are expected to use the platform to unveil new project launches and offer exclusive incentives such as higher brokerage slabs, faster payout structures, and limited-period schemes. This direct access to ready-to-close inventory is designed to provide channel partners with the tools necessary to scale their businesses rapidly.

Rushi Mehta, Secretary of CREDAI-MCHI

Rushi Mehta, Secretary of CREDAI-MCHI, emphasized the efficiency of this new format, noting, “The concept of a channel partner-exclusive expo is both timely and strategic. It allows us to streamline interactions, improve conversion efficiency, and create a focused environment where genuine business can take place. We believe this platform will not only benefit channel partners but also help developers reach the right audience more effectively.”

In preparation for the landmark event, CREDAI-MCHI leadership will hold a Leadership Meet with the heads of various channel partner associations to explore long-term collaborative frameworks. While entry to the expo is free for channel partners, the organizers have made registration mandatory through their official portal. By setting this new benchmark, CREDAI-MCHI aims to formalize and strengthen the bridge between those who build homes and those who bring them to the market.
