CREDAI Pune launches CREDAIBILITY.AI – World’s first AI powered property search engine for homebuyers
Pune, March 6, 2026: CREDAI Pune has officially launched CREDAIBILITY.AI, marking the debut of the world’s first AI-powered property search platform developed by a real estate developers’ association. Introduced during the association’s General Body Meeting at the Sheraton Grand on March 6, 2026, the application was created in partnership with PropTech firm Relata. The platform is designed to ensure that a significant share of property searches in the city begins within a verified developer-led ecosystem, aiming to foster a transparent digital marketplace for potential homeowners, CREDAI Pune said in a press statement.
The platform currently hosts over 400 projects, with plans to expand to more than 800 listings. Unlike traditional real estate search engines, CREDAIBILITY.AI focuses on solving common consumer grievances such as fake listings, duplicate entries, and data misuse. By featuring projects exclusively from verified CREDAI Pune members, the platform ensures that each project has a single, authentic listing published directly by the developer. This model eliminates the confusion caused by multiple broker listings for the same property and significantly reduces the volume of spam calls and unqualified leads.
One of the primary features of the new platform is its AI-powered intelligent search, which supports natural-language queries. Users can search for properties using simple, conversational phrases like “2 BHK in Baner under INR 90 lakh near metro,” allowing the system to match properties based on specific budget, lifestyle, and connectivity needs. This direct developer-to-buyer connection is intended to reduce the reliance on third-party portals, thereby lowering marketing inefficiencies and improving overall data control and privacy for the user.

Commenting on the launch, Manish Jain, President of CREDAI Pune, highlighted the necessity of the new tool in the current market. He stated, “In recent years, property portals have faced growing concerns around fake listings, duplicate project entries, spam calls, and data misuse. Homebuyers often receive multiple unwanted calls after sharing contact details online. Additionally, the same project is frequently listed multiple times by different brokers, leading to confusion and misinformation. Developers, too, face inefficiencies due to large volumes of unqualified or fake leads, increasing marketing costs, which ultimately impact buyers. CREDAIBILITY.AI is the solution we have come up with to deal with all of these day-to-day issues.”

Arvind Jain, Vice President of CREDAI Pune, reinforced the association’s commitment to technology-driven accountability. He remarked, “Credaibility.AI is not just a technology platform, it is a commitment by CREDAI Pune to bring greater transparency, accountability and efficiency to the property search process. We aim to create a complete ecosystem owned by developers, which guarantees credibility and property search requirements under one roof. We are proud to be the first in the world to create an AI based property search engine for homebuyers. We look forward to seeing more people benefit from using this platform and make their search process easier and more collaborative in nature.”
