In order to push the growth and demand of a sector or an industry, it is significant that the judiciary should be proactive in terms of redressing the issues of the public. Recently, we witnessed a lot of incidents taking place in the real estate sector which impacted the market adversely. But the same have been very well handled by the people in the system. In the last decade or so, real estate has grown manifolds along with the system. Now that the time is right, the government must form a legal body for this sector in order to give it an industry status.
