Gaur Alaris Sells Out Entire Inventory in 48 Hours, Reaching Sales of Rs 1800 Crore
Delhi NCR, October 5, 2026: Gaurs Group has completely sold out its newly launched premium residential project, Gaur Alaris, located in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway, within 48 hours of its allotment event. The 11.8-acre development, comprising approximately 1,088 3-BHK and 4-BHK apartments in its first phase, generated Rs 1800 crore in sales, nearing its estimated realization target of Rs 1,900 crore set during its initial August 2026 launch. The success follows a similar record by the group’s luxury development, Gaur NYC Residences, which sold out in 60 hours prior to its official launch, Gaurs Group said in a press release.
The high demand reflects growing residential interest along the Yamuna Expressway corridor, driven by expanding infrastructure, improved connectivity, and the development of the nearby Noida International Airport.

Designed around a peacock theme, the project features Art Deco architecture by Hafeez Contractor, landscapes by Site Concepts International, and interiors by Studio Designscape. The project includes a 1 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, nearly eight acres of green space, and over 65 amenities.
