Star Estate achieves sales of over ₹5000 crore in FY 2023-24
New Delhi, January 15, 2025: Real estate consultant Star Estate has reached the sales milestone of ₹5000 crore for the fiscal year 2023-24. This success story is backed by Star Estate’s strategy that blends market intelligence, selective consolidation and expansion in newer property markets. Also, market study, client-oriented approach, and strong relations with developers have greatly contributed to clinching lucrative property deals in important urban and suburban centres.
Star Estate has made inroads in South India as well. This year, they opened a new office in the fast-expanding North Bangalore, as a part of their strategy of targeting high-demand zones of the country.

“The real estate sector in India saw impressive growth in 2024, especially in the residential markets of cities like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata, inspiring us to boost our sales turnover, considerably,” said Managing Director of Star Estate Vijay Jain. According to market reports, these cities saw record sales of over 300,000 homes, valued at approximately ₹510,000 crore. Factors like sustained economic growth, infrastructural advancements and increasing urbanisation have altogether fuelled this demand.
