This unique offering is being brought by Tata Housing where you can pay only 20 per cent of the agreement value now and nothing till you move in.

SBI home loans is associated as the exclusive home loan partner for this initiative where a special interest rate for women borrowers at 9.5 per cent is being offered under ‘SBI Her Ghar Scheme’ and also the processing fees on the home loan is being waived.
