UP RERA conducts second Lok Adalat
The second national Lok Adalat was organised by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), under the aegis of the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, on September 11.
It was inaugurated by UP RERA Members Kalpana Misra and Bhanu Pratap Singh, Secretary Rajesh Kumar Tyagi and Anand Shukla, Nodal Officer of the Lok Adalat and Legal Advisor to UP RERA.
A total of 81 cases were fixed for hearing, out of which 75 were disposed of, said a press release issued by UP RERA.
Expressing satisfaction at the organisation of the Lok Adalat, Shukla said it got “immensely positive feedback” from the public. The next National Lok Adalat, he said, will be held on December 11
