Shriram Properties Reports First Quarter Sales Of Rs 484 Crore Amid Strong Operational Momentum

Bengaluru, August 13, 2026: Shriram Properties Limited announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting record-high first-quarter sales of Rs 484 crore representing 0.85 million square feet, supported by successful new project launches across Chennai and Kolkata.

During the quarter, the company launched plots as Kolkata’s first branded land under the codename Forest View, which received an encouraging customer response. In Chennai, the firm entered the premium residential segment with the launch of its project codenamed King Life in Koyambedu. Both project launches delivered healthy sales within their first 30 days, reinforcing the company’s product strategy, Shriram Properties said in a press release.

Gross customer collections grew 8% year-on-year to Rs 365 crore during the quarter, supported by execution-led milestones and handover-linked collections. The developer handed over more than 690 units to customers during the period, building on momentum from the preceding quarter. On the business development front, the company added a new project with an estimated gross development value of approximately Rs 650 crore and is in advanced stages of closing additional projects with over 7 million square feet of development potential.

Financially, total revenues for Q1 FY27 reached Rs 271.1 crore, marking a 4% year-on-year growth compared to Rs 261.5 crore in Q1 FY26. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization stood at Rs 41.9 crore, up slightly from Rs 41.6 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Profit before tax rose to Rs 18.1 crore compared to Rs 17.0 crore in Q1 FY26, while net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 11.0 crore.

Finance costs for the quarter stood at Rs 21 crore, aided by the cessation of non-cash charges relating to non-compete fees in Kolkata. The company generated operating cashflows of Rs 54 crore and deployed Rs 88 crore towards new project investments. It maintained a cash and cash equivalents balance of Rs 219 crore, with net debt standing at Rs 432 crore and a healthy net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.3x. CRISIL maintains an A(-)/Positive rating on the firm’s credit profile.

The company remains confident of sustaining its growth trajectory through the remainder of FY27, backed by a strong launch pipeline targeted for the second half of the fiscal year, healthy execution, and clear visibility on scheduled handovers across its focus markets.
