Land pooling policy is part of Master Plan 2021 of Delhi government to provide more homes in Delhi. Surely, it will create a positive impact on requirement of dwelling units in national capital for all segments. But it will hardly affect the realty sector of NCR in terms of both demand and cost because proposed plan will take at least 3-4 years from now for home buyers. The NCR has their defined buyers segment due to their profession, connectivity and future plans and similar thing will happen with upcoming locations under land pooling policy.
