Sri Lotus Developers Recommends 30% Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27

Mumbai, September 2, 2026: Real estate firm Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has recommended a 30% interim dividend for FY 2026-27. The company has fixed 11 September 2026 as the record date for the distribution, signaling confidence in its financial position and long-term value creation strategy, it said in a press release.

Alongside the interim payout, the developer has set 25 September 2026 as the record date for a proposed 50% final dividend for FY 2025-26. The final dividend payment remains subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
