NBCC inks MOU with its subsidiary HSCL

NBCC, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Govt. of India, on July 25, 2017, has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the FY 2017-18 with Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL). HSCL has recently been taken over by NBCC (India) Ltd., as its Subsidiary. The MoU, signed between Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC and Sh. M. Bhaduri, CMD, HSCL, sets the targets for HSCL under various parameters for the FY. S/Shri S K Pal, Director (Fin); Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial); Neelesh Shah, Sr. ED, NBCC (India) Ltd. and other senior officers of NBCC and HSCL were present on the occasion. A general review of the various projects under HSCL were also taken on the occasion when Dr. Mittal provided valuable inputs to HSCL for implementation during the year.
