UrbanVault Expands Into Gurgaon With Premium Centres on Golf Course Road, to Invest ₹100 Cr in FY26 for Pan-India Growth

Bengaluru, June 30, 2025: UrbanVault (UV) entered the Gurugram market with the launch of two new premium centres on the prestigious Golf Course Road on Monday. The centres, housed in Paras Twin Tower, add a combined 35,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace and approximately 700 premium seats to UV’s portfolio.
